1. Who is behind Orderflow Edge

Orderflow Edge is a Belgian sole proprietorship. These terms apply to every purchase and subscription of Orderflow Edge products.

2. What Orderflow Edge sells

Orderflow Edge sells software indicators (digital content) for the ATAS and TradingView platforms, offered as monthly or yearly subscriptions, plus free educational material. To use the indicators you need your own licence for ATAS or TradingView; those platforms are separate companies with their own terms and costs.

Not financial advice. The indicators are technical analysis tools. They visualise market data. They do not give buy or sell recommendations, no personal investment advice, and no promise of results. Trading involves substantial risk of loss. Every trading decision is yours alone.

3. Ordering and payment

Subscriptions are sold through the platform Whop (whop.com). The order button clearly states that an order comes with an obligation to pay. Prices are shown at checkout, including any applicable taxes. After purchase you receive a confirmation by email with a summary of the order.

4. Duration, renewal and cancellation

Subscriptions run per month or per year and renew automatically at the end of each period. You can cancel at any time through your Whop account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the running period; access stays active until then. All sales are final. No refunds are given for unused time, change of mind, or trading results. A refund happens only in the rare cases where consumer law makes it mandatory.

5. Licence and usage rules

A subscription gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the indicators for your own trading, on your own accounts, for as long as the subscription runs. Not allowed: sharing access, reselling, copying, decompiling or reverse engineering the indicators, or redistributing them in any form. All intellectual property stays with Orderflow Edge.

6. Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)

As a consumer in the EU you normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. For digital content that is delivered immediately, the law allows this right to end early. The checkout asks for your express consent: by confirming there that access may start right away, you acknowledge that you give up the 14-day right of withdrawal. Without that consent, access starts only after the 14-day period.

7. Conformity and support

The indicators are delivered as described on the product pages, and are kept working through updates for the platform versions stated there. Questions and problems: info@orderflowedgeofficial.com or the support chat on Whop. Reported issues are looked at and fixed within a reasonable time.

8. Liability

The indicators are analysis tools; trading results are never guaranteed and losses from trading are your own responsibility. For any other damage, liability is limited to the amount you paid for your subscription in the 12 months before the event. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded (such as intent or gross negligence).

9. Business customers

These terms are written for consumers (B2C). For business customers (B2B) the withdrawal right of section 6 and the consumer protections that come with it do not apply.

10. Complaints and disputes

Complaints: first send an email to info@orderflowedgeofficial.com, a reply follows as quickly as possible. If a complaint is not resolved, EU consumers can also use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/odr) or the Belgian Consumer Mediation Service (consumerombudsman.be). These terms are governed by Belgian law. Disputes go to the competent Belgian court; consumers can also rely on the mandatory rules of their own country of residence.

11. Changes

These terms can change. The version on the website at the time of your order applies to that order. Meaningful changes are announced before they take effect.
