1. Who is responsible
Orderflow Edge, Belgium — info@orderflowedgeofficial.com — is the controller for the personal data described here. Full company registration details will be listed here once the registration is completed.
2. What data is processed, and why
- Purchases and subscriptions: your name, email and payment details are handled by Whop (whop.com), the sales platform. Whop shares your email, username and order status so access can be managed. Legal basis: contract.
- Platform access: at checkout you are asked for the email or username you use on your trading platform (ATAS or TradingView), so access can be granted. Legal basis: contract.
- Mailing list: your email, only if you signed up through the form or became a customer. Every mail has an unsubscribe link. Legal basis: consent / existing customer relationship.
- Support: messages you send by email or through Whop chat, kept to answer you and to improve the products. Legal basis: legitimate interest.
3. Who receives data
Data is shared only with the service providers needed to run Orderflow Edge: Whop (checkout and customer management), Kit (mailing list), Cloudflare (website hosting and cookieless analytics), and the platform where your indicators run (ATAS or TradingView) to activate access. No data is sold or shared for advertising.
4. Transfers outside the EEA
Whop and Kit are US companies. Transfers rest on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.
5. Retention
Customer and order data is kept as long as the customer relationship lasts, plus the legal retention period for accounting records. Mailing list data is kept until you unsubscribe. Support messages are kept up to 2 years.
6. Your rights
You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, and you can object to processing or withdraw consent, by mailing info@orderflowedgeofficial.com. You can complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority (gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit.be) or your own national authority.
7. Cookies
The website uses no cookies. Visitor statistics run on Cloudflare Web Analytics, which works without cookies and without collecting personal data. That is why the site shows no cookie banner. One small note: if you switch the site to dark mode, that choice is stored in your own browser (local storage, not a cookie) and never leaves your device.
