Trading Journal by Orderflow Edge — cover of the paperback

Trading Journal

12 weeks · two pages per day · undated

Most traders know their rules. The hard part is following them.

This journal is built for that. It is a process journal, not a trade log: two pages for every trading day, one with structure, one free for your own notes.

Every page has a job: the day pages feed the weekly review, the reviews feed your four-week goals, and at the end your twelve weekly lessons sit side by side. Patterns you miss day by day become easy to see, so you grow and learn from your own trading.

Every day, four questions

  • What did the market do?
  • What did I do?
  • What did I do well?
  • What can I improve?

Then one score from 1 to 5: did I follow my plan? It is not about money. A losing day can still be a good day.

Every week, a review

Thoughts about the week, best trade, worst trade, lessons, and next week's focus.

Every four weeks, process goals

Set them, then read them back. At the end: twelve weekly lessons side by side, and a page to rewrite your rules for the next journal.

Also inside

  • A page for your rules
  • A page to write why you are doing this
  • A chart box with a dot grid on every day page
  • Undated, so you can start any Monday

A5, 166 pages, white paper.

This journal gives no trading advice and suggests no trades. It measures one thing only: did you follow your own plan.
